Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association Limited (HKJPA) was founded by five members of the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2020.

Their objectives are to unite the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace, to enhance their social awareness, be committed to safeguarding Hong Kong's core values, and to advocate peace of Hong Kong.

• Engaging members’ power to enhance social awareness and participation with social affairs, and advocate peace of Hong Kong.

• Safeguarding Hong Kong's core values and contributing to society.

• Promote cooperation, communication exchange and synergy among members.

• Speak with the voice of Hong Kong Justice of the Peace to the legislature, government agencies, philanthropy, and the public.

• Support vulnerable groups and contribute to the community.

• Promote and organize conferences, competitions, sports competitions, and youth events.

All members shall be the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace, and membership application shall be approved by the council of the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association Limited.

• Voting Member: Exclusive to the “Non-official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(b). Voting members have the right to vote in the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting.

• Ordinary Member: Exclusive to the “Official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(a) and the “Non-official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(b). Ordinary members have no voting right in the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting.
