Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association Limited (HKJPA) is pleased to invite all the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace (“Non-official Justice of the Peace”and“Official Justice of the Peace”) to become one of our members.

HKJPA provided an excellent platform for the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace who are willing to devote their time and effort necessary to contribute to the Hong Kong society.

The coalition was formed to have a collective power of the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace to safeguarding Hong Kong's core values, to advocate peace and for the betterment of the Hong Kong community.

HKJPA was established in 2020 with the help of our friends and many social leaders. We promise we will strive to execute our missions and to maintain HKJPA values:

  • Engaging members’ power to enhance social awareness and participation with social affairs, and advocate peace of Hong Kong.

  • Support vulnerable groups, and contribute to the community.

  • Speak with the voice of Hong Kong Justice of the Peace to the legislature, government agencies, philanthropy, and the public.

All members shall be the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace, and membership application shall be approved by the council of the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association Limited.

 • Voting Member: Exclusive to the “Non-official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(b). Voting members have the right to vote in the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting.

 • Ordinary Member: Exclusive to the “Official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(a) and the “Non-official Justice of the Peace” under the Justices of the Peace Ordinance (Cap. 510) section 3(1)(b). Ordinary members have no voting right in the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting.
